Job Title: Cargo Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Cargo Sales Manager to join our team at Chapman Freeborn Airchartering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing business opportunities for our products in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and target business opportunities for our products in the country.
  • Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements within budgetary and operational restrictions.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Generate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiative.
  • Create maximum awareness of CF GSA and cargo charter products and services with the aim to acquire new regular business.
  • Continuously achieve and meet budgeted revenues for the assigned country and the customer portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry.
  • Strong relationship building, account management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to successfully balance client needs with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of the local market and experience in sales and marketing.
  • Team player to work in a fast-paced environment.
