Administrative Operations Manager

At ELCA Informatique, we strive to provide a dynamic and collaborative work environment where our team members can thrive. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within our organization.
Job Description:- Mail Center and Reception Management (20%): Lead daily operations in our mail center and receptions by coordinating a team of 6 assistants and receptionists across Switzerland.
You will be responsible for managing the planning of our reception in Pully and acting as a receptionist for visitors and incoming calls. Your friendly and professional demeanor will ensure that each visitor feels welcome in our office.
- Event Organization (30%): Manage logistics and details for both internal and external events, from client visits to larger conferences.
- Mail Center Support (30%): Handle diverse tasks to support the mail center's daily activities, including travel arrangements, document preparation, and drafting professional correspondence.
- Liaise with colleagues to coordinate smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- 10-15 years of experience in similar roles, such as Back-office assistant, Senior assistant, Receptionist or Back-office Team leader.
- Prior experience in a team leadership role is essential, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
