Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commodity Derivatives Specialist to join our team at Ecom Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior traders to manage market risk by executing swaps, futures, and options hedges
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide market quotes and fill customer orders
  • Monitor market trends and maintain an optimal market risk exposure across trading books
  • Support administrative tasks related to trading business, including settling expired trades and reconciling positions
Requirements
  • University degree in finance, math, computer sciences, or software engineering
  • Strong interest in financial markets and futures market
  • Fluent English and French; Spanish is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and operate independently to solve problems
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to fit in with our dynamic team
  • Strong mathematics and excellent Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of financial derivatives or option valuation is a plus
