ECOM Risk Management SA (ERM) is a risk management company with offices across the globe. ERM belongs to the ECOM GROUP based in Switzerland.

Our hedge advisors work locally, side-by-side with our clients to understand their risk limits, profit models, and market view. They offer hedging solutions and tailored risk management strategies and portfolios through OTC products to help them achieve their business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the senior traders in managing exotic option market risk by executing swaps, futures, and options hedges.
2. Work closely with the Sales team to give market quotes and fill customer orders.
3. Monitor the market and maintain an appropriate market risk exposure across the trading books.
4. Support all administrative tasks related to our trading business including settling expired trades, reconciling positions, generating and analyzing reports.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. University degree in finance, math, computer sciences, or software engineering.
2. Strong interest in financial markets / futures market.
3. Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and operate independently to solve problems as they arise.
6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to fit in with our team.
7. Strong mathematics and excellent Excel skills.
8. A basic understanding of financial derivatives or option valuation is a plus.
