Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. This role involves managing interview schedules, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us attract and onboard top talent. They will schedule onsite interviews, coordinate candidate lunches and travels, and ensure timely updates for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule onsite interviews, candidate lunches and travels, coordinating across multiple time zones as needed.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Enter and maintain candidate data in our ATS, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Job Posting Management: Post job openings across multiple job boards, careers pages, and social media channels, and ensure postings are current.
- Interview Process Support: Prepare interview guides and materials for hiring managers, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and support debrief sessions post-interview.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the recruiting team to identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline) to support data-driven decisions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in a coordinator role (internship or full-time) is also essential.
You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards is also beneficial.
