Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Talent Acquisition Specialist (F/H) passionné, engagé, et dynamique pour rejoindre notre bureau de Genève.

Dans ce rôle vous serez amené à faire du recrutement pour l’ensemble des filiales du groupe ENOVA.

Vos missions
  • Développer et implémenter des stratégies de recrutement efficaces pour attirer des candidats de haut niveau dans le secteur du numérique.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : de la définition des besoins avec les managers, à la sélection des CV, conduite des entretiens, etc.
  • Construire et entretenir un vivier de talents en anticipant les besoins futurs en recrutement.
  • Assurer une expérience candidat exceptionnelle tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les managers pour comprendre en profondeur les besoins en recrutement et adapter les stratégies en conséquence.
  • Utiliser les réseaux sociaux, les job boards, et autres outils numériques pour sourcer activement des candidats.
  • Participer à des événements de recrutement, tels que des salons de l'emploi, des conférences, etc., pour promouvoir notre marque employeur.
  • Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'état des recrutements et des analyses de données pour guider les décisions futures.
Vos compétences
  • Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie, Gestion d'Entreprise ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative (au moins 2 ans) dans le recrutement, idéalement acquise au sein d'une ESN ou dans le secteur technologique.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français et en anglais.
  • Maîtrise des outils de recrutement et des réseaux sociaux professionnels.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de recrutement simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
  • Compétences avérées en négociation et en prise de décision.
  • Esprit d'équipe, dynamisme, et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
