About the Role:We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in this exciting opportunity.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule onsite interviews, candidate lunches, and travels, ensuring seamless communication across multiple time zones as needed.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Enter and maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS, guaranteeing up-to-date information.
- Job Posting Management: Post job openings across various job boards, careers pages, and social media channels, ensuring current listings.
- Interview Process Support: Prepare interview guides and materials for hiring managers, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and support post-interview debrief sessions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a coordinator role (internship or full-time).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.

Compensation:This position offers an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Location:This role is based in our hub offices in the USA, Switzerland, the UK, Singapore, and Germany. Remote work options are available, with a minimum of three days per week spent in the office.
