The Role: HR Business PartnerWe are looking for an experienced, proactive Human Resources Business Partner to play a crucial role in designing and implementing the employee experience and journey through HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation, with experience managing and closing complex employee relations cases independently.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to leaders, which includes answering questions about policy application in specific employee cases, driving talent and people development plans, and ensuring that day-to-day performance management guidance is provided to leaders. You will also partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and insights.
You will be responsible for change management, helping employees adapt to new ways of working and managing the organization's change process. Additionally, you will conduct weekly meetings with respective business units, consult with line management, and provide HR guidance when appropriate. You will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will partner with the legal department as needed/required, under the guidance of the CHRO.
What You'll Get- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
