At SonarSource SA, we're a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to helping organizations build high-quality code quickly and systematically. Our mission is to provide solutions that deliver Clean Code, and we're seeking an organized and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team.

About the Role

This role involves managing interview schedules, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruiting process. You will work closely with our international team of recruiters to attract and onboard top talent.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule onsite interviews, candidate lunches and travels, coordinating across multiple time zones as needed.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Enter and maintain candidate data in our ATS, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Job Posting Management: Post job openings across multiple job boards, careers pages, and social media channels, and ensure postings are current.
  • Interview Process Support: Prepare interview guides and materials for hiring managers, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and support debrief sessions post-interview.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the recruiting team to identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline) to support data-driven decisions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
The Skills You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous Experience: In a coordinator role (internship or full-time).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever), and familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Time Management: Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
