We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Zürich, Switzerland.

This role will involve managing complex enterprise and strategic customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and value delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in navigating complex customer engagements and the sales lifecycle within a technical pre-sales environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex enterprise and strategic customer accounts
  • Serve as a role model within Field Engineering, embodying Databricks' core principles and acting as a recognized leader

What We Look For:

  • Extensive experience in navigating complex customer engagements and the sales lifecycle within a technical pre-sales environment
  • Proven ability to lead strategic business discussions with C-level executives to build strong relationships, orchestrate internal teams, and influence outcomes that drive long-term customer success
  • Strong aptitude for identifying and prioritizing key business use cases, strategic resource allocation, and investment strategies to maximize impact
