This role focuses on driving strategic growth and expanding consumption of MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform among our largest customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about MuleSoft solutions and have experience driving sales and expansion strategies with enterprise customers.
Job Description
As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Setting the strategic direction and consumption usage of priority accounts
- Driving account growth through credit drawdown and expansion of additional use cases
- Proactively discovering and pitching new use cases within existing lines of business and extending to other LOBs
- Engaging in implementation roadmap challenges and their implications on potential use case expansion
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant customer-facing experience in technical solutions sales, technical architecture, or consulting
- Deep technical know-how on data architecture and conversance in business language
- Experience driving sales and expansion strategies with enterprise customers, including deep understanding of utilization and consumption models, plays, and importance
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of customers, including IT and LOB
- Proficiency in both German and English
