Are you a seasoned professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for driving customer success and delivering high-value outcomes? We're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Lead to join our team in Switzerland.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and driving strategic customer engagements to high-value outcomes, developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' value-drivers, short, medium and long-term priorities, and building deep customer relationships and champions across key customer personas.

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of self-motivation, curiosity about what "is possible" with technology, and the desire to work with an outstanding positive team. You'll need to have a track record of delivering technology-based outcomes within enterprise accounts in the Technology Sector and experience operating in the fields of Cybersecurity, IT Operations or Observability.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
