Regional EHSQ Performance Manager EMEA

Job Title: Regional EHSQ Performance Manager EMEA

As a key member of the regional EHSQ team, you will collaborate with the Head of EHSQ EMEA to drive the regional EHS & Q performance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the regional EHS & Q Head in rolling out, maintaining, and controlling the EHS Group/Regional Strategy & Programs, KPIs
  2. Develop measures to enhance the regional EHS & Q performance by analyzing EHS & Q relevant KPIs and initiating initiatives
  3. Participate in EHS Audits and Risk audits (internal/external)
  4. Support the Regional Q Manager EMEA for the Sika matrix certification program
  5. Provide training on EHS & Q related procedures and requirements
  6. Support the organization of Regional EHS & Q meetings

Qualifications:

  • Background in environmental science, safety engineering, construction, or chemical industry
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role for environmental health & safety and/or in management systems (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001)
  • Project management skills to lead projects and teams in a matrix organization
  • Experienced in leading matrix certification programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Power BI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-dependent organization of work and tasks
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven approach
