We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Basel. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including managing the front desk and reception activities, performing advanced secretarial and administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the front desk and reception activities in support of our Administrative Team
  • Perform diverse advanced secretarial and administrative duties
  • Act as a helping hand to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Take part in the organization of events and internal meetings
  • Manage office supplies orders
  • Assist with the administration of new starters and leavers
  • Be part of broader projects and initiatives implemented at local level
  • Maintain a high service culture and customer satisfaction


Requirements:


  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent diploma
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Discretion, initiative, and a proactive approach
  • Self-motivated with an accurate work style
  • Team player, committed and reliable personality with a hands-on attitude
  • Sense of responsibility, good time management, and personal organizational skills
