Multidisciplinary Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Multidisciplinary Support Professional to support our executive team and manage various projects within the institute.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a high level of professionalism and a basic understanding of research & development activities in the biotechnology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients, including stakeholders in the scientific community.
- Prepare and edit scientific and business correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items, with attention to scientific details and project objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of efficient project management processes and systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis regarding project status, research outcomes, and scientific developments.
- Handle confidential information related to research, patents, and intellectual property with discretion and integrity.
Core skills and experience expected from the Multidisciplinary Support Professional:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a research-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and familiarity with scientific databases and research tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative scientific environment.

What We OfferA competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
