Institutional Sales Growth Manager

Ecolab, a leading global provider of cleaning and disinfection solutions, is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Growth Manager to join its team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for increasing Ecolab's market share in the institutional sector, which includes healthcare, hospitality, education, and government facilities. Key objectives include:
- Driving new business sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to ensure profitable growth
- Conducting technical surveys to identify areas for improvement and optimize Ecolab programs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing)
- A minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the institutional market sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A strong track record of sales success, with a proven ability to grow business through executive-level negotiations
