Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales process for our Energy from Waste (EfW) projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Lead the sales process for EfW projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with process engineers to ensure accurate project execution and tendering.
  4. Prepare and maintain process engineering data in CAE tools.
  5. Provide technical input to clients and suppliers on equipment and packages, layout, and specifications.
  6. Coordinate system integration into plants, ensuring proper specifications and interfaces.
  7. Define advanced process control schemes for DCS systems.
  8. Participate in factory acceptance tests and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Process-, Control-, or Environmental Engineering.
  2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  3. Proactive, curious, and team-oriented personality.
  4. Experience with engineering tools, preferably CAE software.
  5. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  6. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
