About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Account Executive DACH Full Cycle to drive our growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Owning the entire deal life cycle from qualification to validation to closing.
- Improving our sales processes.
- Becoming a thought leader in the industry by building relationships and establishing yourself.
- Iterating and improving our growth engines on all levels: people, process, content, tools.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous software sales experience in a similar company with a consistent track record of leading quota attainment on your team.
- Extracurricular engagement (e.g., side projects, sports, social initiatives).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (French, Italian, and any other languages are a plus).
- Versatility and ambition.
- Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation.
- The ability to make a meaningful impact and contribute to shaping the company's future.
