We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Account Manager to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client sales strategies and overseeing account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Provide tailored recommendations to boost client sales performance by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain open communication with clients to understand their needs effectively.
  3. Sales Planning: Create and execute strategies aligned with client objectives to drive growth and success.
  4. Performance Analysis: Review sales data to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.
  5. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends to craft impactful initiatives that drive results.
  6. Reporting: Track and present metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
  2. EU Citizenship or Greek residency card.
  3. Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
