As a global pioneer in the field of Cradle to Cradle, we offer not only innovative patented technologies in the field of circular textile production, but also consulting, technical design and comprehensive textile expertise. We support, implement and accompany our partners as they drive the circular transformation of the textile industry along the entire value chain.
Job OverviewAs Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Deputy CTO), you will work closely with the CTO and develop your expertise in circular textile technologies over the next few years. In the medium term, as the future CTO, you will take responsibility for the company's entire technology portfolio. You will identify and develop new technologies and patents and support the team in implementing innovative solutions for our customers.

- As an active creator, you look forward to leading a dedicated team and driving innovative projects in the medium term.
- With your strong communication skills, you will be able to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way, building long-term relationships with international partners and customers based on trust.
- With your willingness to travel, you will regularly use international business trips to deepen the exchange with partners and actively promote the global success of our circular textile technologies.
- You have a degree in textile technology and are eager to continuously develop your expertise in a self-directed manner.
- You have several years of experience in the textile sector – ideally in technology-driven companies or innovative start-ups with a strong focus on sustainable and circular technologies.
- Your strategic thinking and analytical skills enable you to identify promising trends and implement new technologies in alignment with circularity principles, as applied in our patented textile technologies.
- With your strong leadership and communication skills (German and English), you motivate interdisciplinary teams, translate technical challenges into business opportunities, and collaborate successfully with internal and external partners.
- You are passionate about sustainable technologies and excited to take on entrepreneurial challenges in a dynamic environment.
