Sales Development Manager for Construction Sector

Job Description- Identify and develop strategies to capture different customer segments
- Analyze and understand decision-making processes of asset owners/operators in the DACH region
- IDentify and acquire new customers through effective relationship management
- Monitor key project opportunities and provide timely support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
- Bachelor or master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a consulting engineer or team leader in construction
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Motivated by challenging goals and targets
