Sales and Marketing Manager for Industrial Automation

We're seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our industrial automation business in Spreitenbach, Switzerland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with our EMEA distributor network to build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Deliver technical guidance on product applications and provide expert support on motion control, servo drives, and automation systems.
  • Craft tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Arm distributors with training, technical know-how, and tools to succeed in their markets.

Requirements:

  • An engineer with a track record in sales or partner/channel management in industrial automation, motion control, or servo drives.
  • Armed with a background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering and practical know-how in technical applications.
  • Ready for 40%+ travel and comfortable working independently with little oversight.
  • A sharp problem-solver who shines in technical and commercial conversations.
  • Fluent in English (German's a major plus; French is a bonus).
