We offer a range of digital asset ETPs that cater to the needs of investors across Europe. Our products are listed on regulated European exchanges, including SIX Swiss Exchange, BX Swiss, Boerse Stuttgart, and Wiener Boerse (Vienna Exchange). With a strong presence in key markets, we're well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for digital assets.

About the Role

As a Marketing Associate/Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. You'll work closely with our EMEA Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and market growth across the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive the adoption of our digital asset ETPs across EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to tailor marketing initiatives to specific regions, ensuring alignment with local market needs and cultural nuances.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, and digital content, to support sales and market outreach.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing plans and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe).
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Interest in digital assets and a willingness to learn about the crypto ecosystem.

This role is based in Zürich, and will be expected to work from Zürich office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.
