Oncology Sales Manager

Regeneron is seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Manager to lead our Contract Sales Team in achieving company goals through quality customer interactions in Austria, Portugal, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership to ensure strong, consistent team performance, meeting or exceeding company objectives.
- Ensure team members use approved messages and materials in line with Oncology product commercialization training programs.
- Develop and implement National, Regional, and Local Account plans, ensuring proper deployment.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Operations team to manage operational processes, including Data Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, and CRM platform (Veeva) utilization.
Requirements:
- Extensive biopharma experience, including international Sales Management and Oncology product sales.
- Immuno-Oncology Sales experience and established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in Oncology are strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
