Sales Manager Export Erborian

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager Export Erborian to join our Erborian Export team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors.
Main Responsibilities:- Account Management: Collaborate with Marketing and Learning & Development teams to animate distributor portfolios, build long-term business partnerships, and ensure distributor satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Development: Define distribution strategies, build 3-year plans, and develop strong development plans to drive sales growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate annual business plans, commercial terms, and contractual terms with distributors to ensure profitable partnerships.
- Budget & Sales Follow-up: Elaborate and control annual budgets, monitor distributor forecasts, and follow up on sales performance to ensure budget achievement.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in wholesale in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
- Travel requirements: willing to travel up to 30-40%.
- High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centricity, and business acumen.
- Solid analytical skills, ability to define long-term strategies, and strong organizational skills.
