At IntercityHotel Geneva, we are looking for a motivated and talented Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for and develop existing customers while actively acquiring new clients
  • Plan and execute sales-promoting measures, including sales trips and telemarketing campaigns, with a focus on measuring success
  • Represent the hotel at local fairs and events, as well as during product presentations and client occasions
  • Participate in sales analyses, identify market opportunities, and create actionable plans
  • Conduct pricing and contract negotiations with event, congress, and incentive agencies to secure group and event contracts, as well as strategic framework agreements

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience in B2B sales
  • Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of the hotel industry, particularly in the business travel market
  • Strong customer orientation and high initiative to implement own ideas
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional communication abilities
  • Proficient in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
