About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Proofpoint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth across all vertical markets in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and CISOs at large-scale enterprises
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers to prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Partner with channel partners to gain access to new accounts and drive sales growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint's competitive positioning in the marketplace

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure marketplace
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate Proofpoint's value proposition
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Fluent English and German language skills
