About the Role
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
