Cybersecurity Enterprise Account Manager

At Proofpoint, we're dedicated to protecting people from cyber threats. As a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager, you'll play a key role in developing a region in Switzerland and driving new cybersecurity business across all vertical markets.
We're seeking a proactive, creative, and tenacious sales professional to establish strong business relationships at the executive level, conduct sales presentations, and consistently close business for Proofpoint.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Focusing on hunting and developing Enterprise Accounts (cross vertical)
- Converting prospects into sales by differentiating from the competition
- Working with System Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans
- Collaborating with Systems Engineers to organise and deliver compelling and flawless product demonstrations
- Partnering with the channel to gain access into new accounts
- Demonstrating strong operational excellence, including forecast accuracy, SFDC pipeline development, etc.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint's competitive positioning in the marketplace
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets within the cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure marketplace. You'll need excellent business acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate Proofpoint's value proposition.
As a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment, you'll be fluent in English and German and have existing relationships within similar markets.
