This is a dynamic sales role for an innovative product that aims to revolutionize the construction industry by streamlining interactions between companies and suppliers.

We are looking for a results-driven sales agent with excellent interpersonal skills to proactively engage customer prospects, provide tailored solutions, and drive top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products / services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their evolving needs
  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Proactively contact customer leads through targeted outreach initiatives
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts
  • Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide valuable insights to management
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong understanding of BRM and CRM principles, along with ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, with a proven track record
  • Superb selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to craft engaging presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field
