Construction Industry Sales Professional

This is a dynamic sales role for an innovative product that aims to revolutionize the construction industry by streamlining interactions between companies and suppliers.
We are looking for a results-driven sales agent with excellent interpersonal skills to proactively engage customer prospects, provide tailored solutions, and drive top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell products / services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their evolving needs
- Foster and maintain strong business relationships with customers
- Proactively contact customer leads through targeted outreach initiatives
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts
- Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide valuable insights to management
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
- Relevant experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Representative
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Strong understanding of BRM and CRM principles, along with ability to build strong professional relationships
- Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, with a proven track record
- Superb selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to craft engaging presentations tailored to audience needs
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field
