**Position Summary**:
As “ **Brand Manager Nespresso Professional **”, you will lead the HoReCa marketing strategy (hotels, restaurants, fine dining, cafés, bakeries), the positioning of the Nespresso Professional brand in the segment and the management of the B2B product portfolio: Professional, Original and Vertuo Lines as well as Nestlé Authorized Brands such as Starbucks & related business driving activities. In this position, you will drive and timely implement the global marketing roadmap as well as the market specific Nespresso differentiated and exclusive direct-to-customer local marketing plan across the entire HoReCa addressable opportunity.

**A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager Nespresso Professional for the HoReCa segment**:
- Lead the segment & product strategy and execute commercial value propositions to further establish Nespresso's credentials and reinforce brand positioning in the HoReCa segment
- Define and deliver strong initiatives to increase the spontaneous brand awareness and consideration among targets
- Ensure performant & consistent messaging of the value proposition in every touchpoint of the value chain: brand building, lead generation, online, events, sales tools, point of consumption material etc.
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team to drive the HoReCa business
- Ensure product portfolio consistency between Nespresso & Nestlé Authorized Brands (such as Starbucks) and continuously review the portfolio performance to understand & suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
- Create lead generation campaigns that support HoReCa initiatives and business objectives, including commercial offers in collaboration with the National HoReCa Manager
- Develop and lead campaigns, new coffee launches and customer activations/promotions to market needs and act as the single point of contact for content richness and messaging performance in every touchpoint
- Establish relationships & collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders and ensure Nespresso presence at key events and touchpoints where our customers and prospects connect
- Reinforce Nespresso's credentials and positioning across relevant points of contact with the target group including industry events, fairs, associations, membership programs, Nespresso events, point of consumption, etc.
- Inspire, empower, coach and develop the team to excel in their roles while holding them accountable
**What will make you successful**:
- University degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Product and/or Customer/Trade Marketing role ideally with HoReCa background
- At least 2 years’ experience in leading teams
- Experience in an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in complex project management, managing both internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Experience as Campaign/Project Manager in a direct-to-consumer organization is a plus
- Analytical, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and French
- German and/or Swiss German native speaker preferred
