As the **Head of Digital Commerce & Analytics**, you will define, plan, and execute the Digital Commerce sales channel and Performance Analytics strategy for our market. You will play a crucial role in developing the future of our digital commerce channel and in our online customer experiences, positioning our company as one of the reference in the Direct to consumer industry. With a focus on data-driven decision making, you will drive value for customers and ensure seamless execution of marketing and commercial campaigns. Additionally, you will monitor digital KPIs, optimize channel performance, and build a high-performing team.
**A Day in the Life of the Head of Digital Commerce & Analytics**
- Deliver exceptional Nespresso Digital Commerce experiences for customers
- Develop and enhance an important sales channel, driving business performance
- Own the end-to-end user journey within the digital commerce channel
- Coordinate with marketing and B2C teams to ensure perfect digital execution of campaigns and a increased online brand awareness
- Monitor digital KPIs, customer feedback, and online customer journey insights
- Manage and monitor performance analytics activities, supporting forecasting and sales improvement for all market channels
- Create automated processes to improve efficiencies, and build a highly engaged team
**What will make you successful**
- Business degree or sufficient experience equivalent
- Extensive experience in digital commerce
- Very strong commercial acumen
- Successful experience of leading & implementing Digital Strategy
- Analytical skills to monitor & optimize Digital performance
- Strong Experience in building eCommerce & Digital Commerce operations (organization, processes, guidelines)
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to drive change in a Matrix organization
- Innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach, agile in ways of working
- Tests, learns, iterates
- Fluent in English and French or German
