**Position Summary**
As a “Digital KAM”, you will be part of the Key Account Management Team and will support the Commercial team in the delivering online (80%) and offline (20%) projects following the strategies and actions in place. In particular, the internship will give the possibility to follow, learn and develop the Customer Experience area.

**A Day in the Life of a Digital KAM Intern**
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial initiatives on Retailers platforms online and offline.
- Participate to the launch of new products and follow-up the development of these products in eRetail channel.
- Support the Key Account Team with reporting, data analysis & financial tasks.
- Ensure brand consistency on Nespresso Brand Pages.
- Create online and offline assets in collaboration with marketing teams and creative agency (banners, newsletters, landing pages, flyers).
- Assist in management of eContent DAM library (Digishare) and eContent analysis tool.
- Manage translations and proofreading requests for all eRetail assets.
- Participate in the creation of seasonal recaps and reports by clients.
- Benchmarking and competitors ‘analysis.
**What will make you successful?**
- You completed / are completing a master’s degree in management, Digital, Business, or similar (HEG, HEC,).
- You are Fluent in French and German (both spoken and written).
- Team player, energetic, good empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Attention for detail and structured.
- Strong interest in the Digital & Ecommerce world, any previous experiences/projects related to the listed fields will be considered as a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of office software, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
