**Position Summary**
As an **eCommerce Merchandizing & Insights Coordinator,** you will be responsible for planning and delivering both technical and commercial guidance in order to drive operations in the eCommerce B2C channel (Website & Mobile) within a market or a geographical region. In this position, your main mission will be to oversee merchandizing operations across the digital channels along the annual B2C roadmap, generate actionable insights by analyzing data on performance, and optimize customer journeys across all digital platforms.

**A Day in the Life of an eCommerce Merchandizing & Insights Coordinator**
- Manage the setup of eCommerce campaign from initial brief to implementation through testing and go live, in line with global guidelines and best practices
- Update and maintain product catalogue to guarantee an optimal shopping experience
- Develop and implement eCommerce-specific offers to generate incremental sales and foster channel loyalty
- Develop and deploy on-site Personalization initiatives to boost (prospect-) conversion and sales
- Own the AB testing roadmap aiming to brief tests, define KPIs, manage setup and analyze results to generate actionable insights to realize incremental sales
- Drive continuous improvement of e-commerce platform by gathering data on conversion and customer journeys
- Conduct campaign performance analysis to generate insights and share with internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing & CRM stakeholders to develop & deploy initiatives to further enhance UX and dive conversion
- Raise bugs/incidents with HQ and follow up with support teams until resolution
**What will make you successful**
- Relevant degree in Web Development with deep knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
- At least 3 years’ experience in eCommerce/on-line retail activities, including Content Management Systems, on-site personalization, merchandizing, product lifecycle management
- Proven track record in delivering great end-to-end user experiences in a digital context
- Good experience in AB testing, Google Optimize is a plus
- Understanding of IT architectures and eCommerce technologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills in an international commercial environment
- Excellent data analysis skills, experience in GA and Data studio is a plus
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluent in English mandatory, French and/or German is a plus
