About the RoleYou'll join our IT department's Corporate Services section, responsible for providing a reliable working environment and productivity tooling for over 1000 employees. This includes managing workstation OS, application delivery, third-party applications, public-cloud vendors, on-premise servers, and services.
Responsibilities- Oversee workstation infrastructure, Microsoft servers, and endpoint management.
- Foster a service-oriented, customer-first culture within your teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve internal clients' productivity.
- Establish SLOs and KPIs to measure service efficiency and performance.
- Manage your budget, identify cost savings, and process improvement opportunities.
- Oversee operational concerns, ensure efficiency of on-call and support roles.
- Minimum: Notable experience in capacity planning, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in driving cultural change and modernizing infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of IT service desk operations, endpoint management, and Microsoft services.
- Strong capability to develop long-term strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance internal and business projects.
