Contract Manager

As a key member of SOPHiA GENETICS Legal & Compliance team, this role will involve providing a broad range of legal administrative support, including commercial contract lifecycle management, supporting internal queries, and involvement in corporate administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the contract lifecycle process, including planning, collaboration, negotiation, execution, and coordination of the signing process for contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure proper filing of legal documents and execute administrative and operational processes for the legal team, keeping the legal management database up to date (corporate, contracts, IP).
- Maintain and file corporate records, including resolutions, proxies, board of director changes, annual reports, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of appropriate draft documents, including agendas, corporate resolutions, and meeting minutes for board of director and committee meetings.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience within a legal administrative role, with both practice and in-house experience valid.
- Direct exposure to the negotiation and management of commercial contracts is necessary.
- Capable of working autonomously across a broad range of matters and comfortable prioritizing with competing deadlines.
- Full fluency in English is required.
