Administrative Manager for European Workplace Services

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our offices in Europe, MENA, and the New Markets region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office administration and management, preferably in fast-growing mid-sized organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Expansion and Portfolio Management: Assist in expanding the Real Estate portfolio within the region and collaborate with the Regional Director WPS to develop business strategies that align with current and emerging business needs.
- Office Administration and Operations: Oversee and manage the administration of regional offices to ensure smooth operations, including facilities management and financial management.
- Client and Employee Engagement: Serve as the regional client contact for delivering all workplace experience services and site operations, providing exceptional customer service and working with various teams to develop innovative solutions and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
- At least 5+ years prior office administration/management experience, preferably in fast-growing mid-sized organizations
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong prioritization and organization skills, and ability to handle confidential information
Competitive Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
