About the Role
At Roche, we are committed to delivering medical solutions that transform patients' lives. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO and Chairman's Office, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, such as the Children's Walk, and provide administrative support to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials using Sharepoint and Concur, to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and trains, to support business needs.
- Assist in preparing agendas and meeting materials to ensure effective meetings and decision-making.
- Onboard new colleagues and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Organize team events to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
- Experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to learn new digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track and manage projects to completion.
- Collaborative, professional, and highly responsive approach to the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Important Considerations
- This is a part-time position, working 50% of full-time hours.
