Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Community Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Basel, Switzerland. As a key member of our office operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Ensure the workspace is well-maintained, organized, and equipped, with a focus on providing a welcoming and productive environment for employees.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up their workstations, providing necessary equipment and supplies, and introducing them to the team.
  • Facility Coordination: Manage the coordination of vendors and service providers, including IT support, office supplies, cleaning staff, and catering services, to maintain efficient operations.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the office budget, including expenses related to equipment, supplies, and services.
Community Engagement
  • Team Building: Plan and implement team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and company celebrations that promote a positive and inclusive office culture.
  • Internal Communications: Assist with internal communications to keep staff informed about office updates, community events, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Vocational Training: A degree in Event or Project Management or related field is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service focus, are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are required.
Benefits

Sandoz offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
