Facilities Management Coordinator

CBRE GWS GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join their team in Basel, Switzerland.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a proactive and organized individual to provide administrative support for the Area Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PC skills and MS Office, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all engineering call outs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor and maintain PPM schedules and Asset Register to guarantee adherence to local regulations and capital planning.
- Oversight of all vendor activity relating to cleaning and maintenance, including SLA compliance and health and safety standards.
- Main point of contact for day-to-day building operations, responsible for the safety and wellbeing of employees and building users.
- Collaborate with EMEA Space Planning to ensure floor plans and desk numbering are up to date, and facilitate office moves and changes.
- Travel required for coordination of facility services in the Basel and Zurich offices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar role.
- Strong customer service experience and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry, including basic understanding of HSE.
