Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Client Partner to join our team at Ginetta. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and working collaboratively to turn them into digital solutions.
- Digital Transformation Strategy: Help clients advance their digital transformation strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals.
- New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle.
- Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise about industry and digital trends, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in account management or sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience working in an agency that creates complex custom digital products for enterprise customers.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
