Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our platform, supporting both tenants and landlords, and fostering the growth of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage your portfolio of accounts, drive product adoption, and lead pilot projects to support key accounts.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients, set up their accounts, and portfolios.
- Demos & Trainings: Provide platform demonstrations and software trainings to clients.
- Operations: Handle special cases related to invoicing and payment, such as debt collection or refunds.
- Client Expansion: Review client platform performance and help them achieve their goals, upsell and cross-sell features.
- Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to tenants and landlords, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Automation: Help develop our customer service to maintain high service quality with a growing customer base.
- Drive, love to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarize yourself with new tools and topics.
- Hands-on mentality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Highly tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and comfortable with complicated problems.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-centric, and open-minded.
- Practical experience in the online sector, ideally in customer service, sales, or project management.
- Data-driven, apply findings to optimize operational key figures.
- Relevant bachelor's degree, e.g., in business administration.
- Native German speaker, fluent in English, and French as a plus.
