About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Lead to join our team at PastaHR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Captain the Customer Success Ship: Take ownership of the Customer Success function, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic account planning to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Innovate with Passion: Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience, leveraging your expertise in customer success, sales, and marketing.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Proactively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Onboard with Excellence: Design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, ensuring customers unlock the full potential of our platform with ease and enthusiasm.
  • Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with customers, becoming their indispensable ally and advocate.
  • Propel Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving business growth and customer success.
  • Track Success: Monitor customer satisfaction and success metrics, celebrating wins and continuously striving for improvement.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in customer success, sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engagement: Demonstrated engagement in extracurricular activities, such as side projects, sports, or social initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in German and other languages a plus.
  • Versatility: Extremely versatile and ambitious, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling.
  • Passion: Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation, with a strong desire to drive business growth and customer success.
