The Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Operations Manager to join our team as a Mountain Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our pool of tour guides and ski instructors, including their availability, bookings, contracts, and more. You will also oversee the management of our travel experiences, such as hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and sightseeing activities. Additionally, you will create personalized itineraries for our clients and negotiate prices with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tour guide and ski instructor availabilities, bookings, and contracts
  • Oversee hotel, restaurant, and sightseeing bookings
  • Create customized itineraries for clients
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers
  • Admin tasks, such as paying invoices and filing
  • Handle customer requests and support via phone or email
  • Work flexible hours to cover weekends and holidays

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tourism
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (other languages are considered a plus)
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
