We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Manager to join our team at My-Mountains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our pool of Tour Guides and Ski Instructors, as well as overseeing the bookings of our Travel Experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tour guide and ski instructor availabilities, bookings, and contracts
- Oversee the booking process for our travel experiences, including hotels, restaurants, and attractions
- Generate itineraries for clients
- Negotiate prices with suppliers
- Create and upload offers for clients
- Perform administrative tasks, such as paying invoices and filing
- Handle customer requests and provide support via phone or email
Requirements:
- Autonomous and highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Natural problem solver
- 3-5 years' experience in tourism
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- German and excellent English language skills
