Aufgaben
  • Neuakquise und Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden im Bereich Technology Business Solutions (New & Add-On Business)
  • Aufbau und Management einer sichtbaren Pipeline
  • Abschluss von Grossaufträgen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Erfolgsquote
  • Etablierung und Pflege stabiler Beziehungen zu wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern
  • Entwicklung einer überzeugenden Value Proposition und eines erfolgreiches Offerings für die zugewiesenen Kunden
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Starke Abschlussfähigkeiten und nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge bei Grosskunden im Bereich Outsourcing und digitale Transformation
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, die Alleinstellungsmerkmale der Lösungen überzeugend zu präsentieren und kommerzielle Vereinbarungen/Verträge abzuschließen
  • Weitreichendes Netzwerk im relevanten Kundensegment (Top 150 Accounts CH)
  • Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck kontinuierlich hohe Leistungen zu erbringen
  • Fliessende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
