Job Description
This role involves working in a high-volume kitchen environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards. You will work closely with the management team to develop service goals and objectives, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Ensuring that all food is stored, handled, and prepared safely
- Supervising and supporting junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Contributing to controlling costs and improving gross profit margins
