Your primary focus will be on selling STERIS cleaning, disinfectant, and sterility assurance products to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell STERIS products to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers, consulting with customers to evaluate their needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing customers and expanding our customer base.
- Communicate customer requirements to internal teams, ensuring seamless transitions and effective service delivery.
- Evaluate non-routine customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, providing valuable insights to our marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting to measure progress against sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, engineering, or business.
- Demonstrated sales performance or relevant cGMP industry experience.
- Fluent in Swiss/Austrian German and English, with French as an asset.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of achieving sales goals.
