We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Solutions Specialist to join our team at LIONSCOUT GROUP. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive impactful solutions for a diverse range of clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring a seamless experience from setup to ongoing support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and configuring document management solutions (DMS) for on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Leading projects or sub-projects for customer implementations.
  • Specifying and implementing tailored DMS solutions, including integration into surrounding systems.
  • Providing continuous conceptual and technical support to customers during and after project implementation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external product specialists and software developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed IT apprenticeship or higher education in an IT-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server) and Windows server systems.
  • Experience in DMS implementation is advantageous.
  • Scripting experience is also advantageous.
  • Fluency in German (oral and written).
  • A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with analytical thinking skills.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through varied and challenging projects.

The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
