Digital Banking Transformation Specialist

As a Digital Banking Transformation Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions to our internal stakeholders and clients at EFG International.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead and orchestrate the migration to Microsoft 365 products suite. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day project management of the M365 migration transformation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience (5 to 8 years) in the Financial Services sector, ideally from a big 4/consulting background, with previous experience on migrations from on-prem to M365 online platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day project management of the M365 migration transformation initiative
- Workshops organisation and facilitation with project stakeholders on various domains (user requirements, UX, Testing strategy, change strategy)
- Overall delivery oversight in close collaboration with the various delivery teams
- Support on change management with particular focus on the successful adoption of new capabilities enabled
- KPIs measurement and continuous improvement including enablement of new innovative solutions to enhance productivity, user experience and collaboration
- Proven experience (5 to 8 years) in the Financial Services sector, ideally from a big 4/consulting background, with previous experience on migrations from on-prem to M365 online platforms
- Project Management certified: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Prince2 Agile Practitioner or equivalent
- MS Azure Fundamentals certified (additional certifications a differentiating plus)
- Solid foundation on cloud regulatory frameworks and MS Azure architectures
- Master degree or equivalent
- Fluency (oral/written) in English. Fluency in French a differentiating plus
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results

We offer a competitive salary package ranging between €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
